Our original reservation had some last minute plumbing issues so we were offered three properties as alternatives. The agency was very accommodating and apologized for matters beyond their control. The agent stayed with me on the phone to make sure everything was finalized and to our satisfaction. We had a new location that fit our needs as a family in record time.
