Gatlinburg Mountain Heaven Retreat

It was a beautiful cabin and we had a great time, perfectly located. Some things i would clarify or update would be that the air hockey is only for little children and not adults. Pool cues need to be replaced as their ends are either missing or are in bad shape. Some Bean toss bags need to be replaced.Took several tries to enter door each day. Overall it was a great place and i would stay again

Beautiful home. Everyone had their own bathroom which was great, in a private neighborhood with lots of privacy. Kids loved the game room and hot tub, we loved the porch with rocking chairs, and fire pit area down below. Close to downtown gaitlinburg. As others have mentioned there was heavy scratching/staining of the living room floor. This didn’t affect our stay at all.

We have stayed in SEVERAL cabins in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and this cabin ranks among the top 3! It had everything we look for in a cabin....cleanliness, space, easy access to town, pool table, hot tub, pet friendly with yard area, comfortable beds, etc. The location does not have mountain views but it is very quiet and peaceful. You don't have neighbors right on top of you.We had a perfect weekend!

Beautiful and quiet stay! This house provided more than enough for us! Very clean and easy to get to. Communication was spot on as well! Would highly recommend!

Everything, quiet, the place without traffic noise, the patio, the balcony, very well equipped, the entire cabin, definitely beautiful. a sudden noise that sounded like someone was banging on the door but it was funny because my family and I thought it was a bear trying to get in

We enjoyed our stay. It is out in the woods but still close to town. Property management was great about any issues we had to help correct.

Property and staff were great. Had an issue with fire pit and they were very communicative and quick to respond. Can't wait to go back.

Property was nice with a good location. Kids enjoyed the pool and air hockey tables.

This home was as described in the ad which was perfect for our family. Very nice cabin in the mountains but not so perfect you couldn't enjoy. The older as well as younger kids had a great time enjoying the home.

We had a great week in Gatlinburg! The cabin was spacious and had all the amenities we could want!

The property was beautiful and clean. There were some kinks with the internet, and upon arrival there were 2 pool balls missing. The property manager was quick to respond to the issues and brought a new set of pool balls. Overall, was a fantastic stay and will definitely consider again!

We loved the home and the amenities! They first provided us with the wrong wifi password, but they were super quick in responding with the correct password.

My family absolutely loved this cabin, it felt like home. I loved the location, off the beaten path, located in the arts district, but still close enough for a quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself is beautifully maintained. When you walk in, there is a half bath to your immediate right and the front door entrance opens up into a large living room area with a large stone fireplace and an open concept kitchen. I loved that there was seating at the dinner table for 8 guests. The Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals and enough place settings for 8+ people to eat together. There was plenty of seating in the living room for all 8 of us as well. The couch pulls out into a bed. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and right off the living room. The master shower is an updated walk in. Off them living room is the upstairs deck which wraps around the entire front and side of the house and has a swinging bench, lots of wooden rocking chairs and a hot tub and TV. My family took full advantage of the hot tub. It was clean and you can adjust the temp to your liking. Downstairs is the game room, two bedrooms, one is a king suit and the kids bunk room, each with their own full bath. A laundry room is off the game room as well. Downstairs opens up to the outside patio living area. Large picnic table and fire pit, again with plenty of seating. There is a large grass area where the kids enjoyed running and playing. Only problems we encountered were with the fire pit and water heater leaking. It is a gas pit, but the renter before us must have used real logs and left some behind, so we started the pit with the leftover logs only to realize the siding was plastic and it melted. So do not use wood in the fire pit. One morning we woke up to the water heater leaking. We called the rental company and they had someone out there very quickly to fix right away. The staff at the rental service were very attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay at this cabin again, and would encourage others to as well. We can’t wait to visit again!!!
