What people are saying about this property
We were pleased with the quick response of any concerns. We did notice housekeeping wasn't very thorough and left a tip container but over all cleanliness was good. Company was on top of any issues. However someone needs to go thru and inspect some of the structural areas guest will be using. The house itself was beautiful inside and could be more appealing if the outer area received some tlc
It was great
While the place was more than adequate, pictures of it online are a bit deceptive.
The house was very well cleaned and the customer service was amazing very helpful
Place is great - but I do feel a few small changes could make it even better. Downstairs sleeps up to 6, but there’s only one small mirror in the bathroom over the sink. There really needs to be a full length mirror somewhere downstairs and I think a mirror over the blue table near the hockey table would be great so that ladies would have a place to setup their makeup bags and do their hair and makeup while not taking up the only bathroom on this level. The other addition would be different lamps or an additional charging station in the king bedroom downstairs. There is only one accessible plug and it’s on the far wall at the end of the bed. So there is no easy way to plug in your phones on both sides of the bed. I strongly think you should consider swapping out the standard bedside table lamps for ones with charging/plug slots built into the base (like you see in hotels) so that both people have the ability to charge their phone on their side of the bed. Otherwise, the place was great and communication made everything go smoothly!
Great space - sent a few suggestions via email.
Very nice
The property was beautiful! It's conveniently located close to downtown Gatlinburg. There are just a few things I'd like to point out. The floors were filthy. The bottoms of my kids feet were black within the hour of us checking in. There were dead beetles I'm assuming all over the house. On the couches, in some of the dishes on the shelves, and on the floors. The front porch is sagging pretty bad near the front. So much so the nails are fully exposed. There was no lock box with the key for the garage like it mentioned in the welcome email. There propane tank for the fire pit was empty.
Very detailed check-in and check-out instructions. Nice accommodations. House was as advertised.
Everything was flawless. The place was great. My grandkids loved the downstairs.
We loved he cabin and enjoyed our stay! The only complaint we had was the floors felt dirty and turned our feet black. And the stove had a thick film of dust over it that we had to clean off before using. Otherwise everything else was great! The decor and light paint made the cabin feel bright but still cozy. The hot tub was lovely in the evenings! We had great time!
