This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Gatlinburg property can host up to 10 people comfortably and features 3 levels (all with their own decks and seating areas)! Relax outside in the hot tub, play a game of Pac-Man or foosball downstairs, or just relax in the sitting room by your own fireplace sipping on a cup of coffee.

The main level features a 55" Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, and spacious seating area as well as a queen sleeper sofa, including an organic cotton topper for your absolute comfort. Outside, you'll find enough seating for everyone as you relax in the serenity of the Smoky Mountains.

Head into the kitchen to be greeted by ample seating for dining, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Creating those memorable meals will be convenient and easy!

Head from the kitchen to the first king bedroom, featuring its own access from the driveway, flat screen TV, and a luxurious king bed with a comfortable bamboo topper.

Upstairs from the main level, you'll discover two more bedrooms, featuring king beds with bamboo toppers, flat screen TVs, and one bedroom even features access to its own private outdoor balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! A beautifully designed bathroom awaits with a custom sink and spacious shower.

The lower level is full of entertainment and memories to be made! The state-of-the-art gameroom features a foosball table, multi-cade arcade game, giant Connect 4, and a 65" Smart TV. Another custom designed bathroom awaits, as well as a bedroom containing a queen bed with comfortable bamboo topper, and a sitting room with its own fireplace, small fridge, and Keurig coffee maker.

Don't forget your swimsuit! The lower level deck features a spacious hot tub, and your own gas grill, perfect for grilling out and relaxing afterwards!
