The Rest Easy Guarantee provides peace of mind for cancellations or rescheduling needs. This guarantee is 7% of the total stay, plus taxes, and is optional. If you elect to purchase the guarantee, you are allowed to cancel or reschedule outside of standard policies. (See below for details.)
The guarantee allows for:
You may cancel up to a set number of days prior to check-in, with no penalty other than forfeiture of the Rest Easy Guarantee and any applicable taxes upon the Guarantee.
You may also reschedule your dates pre-check-in for the same cabin at future dates, pending availability, within 12 months of original arrival date.
Rest Easy Guarantee:
- 1-2 Bedroom Property = Cancellation within 15 days of arrival / Reschedule prior to 48 hours of check-in
- 3 Bedroom Property = Cancellation within 30 days of arrival / Reschedule prior to 72 hours of check-in
- 4+ Bedroom Property = Cancellation within 60 days of arrival / Reschedule prior to 7 days of check-in
Once inside the noted periods, rescheduling with an arrival date within 12 months of original arrival date must be done promptly, or funds are forfeited.
Once the one year time frame has expired, all monies paid will be forfeited.
Please note when booking your new reservation, you will again have the option to purchase the Rest Easy Guarantee. HOWEVER, the guarantee would only allow you to reschedule again should the need arise. It would not allow you to receive a refund. The Rest Easy Guarantee amount will be based on the new reservation total. Without the Rest Easy Guarantee, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for early departures for any reason including weather and/or road conditions.
